Sounds about right. What kind of rehab is it for?

Usually they give you a load of exercises to do in your own time and the 30 mins is just to practice them and check on progress.

If it helps, my physio appointments in the UK were about the same and followed the same format, and that was on the good old NHS.
Ah ok, cos in Belgium, I used to get around 45-50 min. This is just standard rehab with some sport specific stuff thrown in for my back
