Unlikely, really, since in Switzerland paternity leave is still, these 10 years later, not an automatic legally protected right, neither for the father nor for the child.
Yes, the application of family law in Switzerland has made a general paradigm shift towards placing the well-being of the child first. That's significant progress. Even so, a child's right to be cared for by his/her father is less protected than the protection (such as it is, still rather flimsy) of the child's right to be cared for by his/her mother.
