| I just received a letter from the "Staatsanwaltschaft" stating that I am guilty and that I have to pay a fine and will have a probation for two years for overtaking from the right.
The letter doesn't say anything about having to hand in my licence.
Does anyone know if this is the final verdict and that means I don't lose my licence or will I receive another letter about this? | |

The prosecutor has no decision about revocation of your license. In the letter it is also stated that a copy went to driving license authorities of your canton.
They will decide based on judges verdict and circumstances. As you said in the other thread you were sentenced with 40-daily fines on probation , hat means the sentence is based on Art. 90 Abs. 2 SVG. In this case the driving license authority has not much leeway and must issue a ban of at least 3 months.
