On short haul flights, cabin crew never officially enter the country as they don't go through passport control & fly back on the same plane 30-40 minutes later. So zero visas will be required. On long-haul nothing will change as it's all non EU flights.
You're making a huge assumption that all British nationals who are airline crew, work for British airlines. I personally know of a British Emirates pilot, and just from my pool of previous British colleagues and friends, they worked for Emirates, Qatar, KLM, Swiss, Jet Airways, etc...

Hawking said that Brexit would be a ‘disaster for UK science’ and he was one of 150 fellows of the Royal Society who signed a letter to a national newspaper calling for people to consider the benefit of European funding on UK science and research.
One of our friends asked the Ambassador a question on behalf of his daughter who works in an EU funded placement at CERN. http://cerneu.web.cern.ch/information-erc-applicants
