I don't work, have very little income so regardless of where I lived I would have little tax to pay.

I only spend money I have made myself, not inherited a single penny.

EDIT

Interestingly had I never left the UK, I would have an even lower tax liability as all my investments would be in ISA's free of income & CGT tax, or my main residence again CGT tax-free. Not working is the best tax avoidance possible, gives you time to enjoy your life too
