Hi.I need some advice regarding this process. My partner is in India and we want to get married here because my family is here and we want to then live in Switzerland. The problem is -
His birth certificate was issued in Mumbai as he was born there so he needs to go to the home ministry in Mumbai for the attestation. But
He lives in Goa so his PCC and affidavit should go to the home ministry in Goa? He can't get a PCC from Mumbai since he doesn't live there.
Now we are getting really confused. Does any one out there have any experience with this?
