I am an EU Citizen living in Switzerland on a B permit. I`m an IT contractor with a huge company in Vaud. Because of cost cutting measures, my client is laying off all the local contractors- which means I will be losing my job by end of next month.. I have been trying quite hard to find a new job- but so far I havent been successful


I have my centre of life here in Switzerland as my girlfriend lives here. Also I want to continue living in Switzerland. I have some good connections in the US, and I could potentially get a contract with remote work options. I do not have US work visa, however I was thinking of invoicing my client in CHF/USD and get paid via the Swiss Payroll company (and pay taxes & social deductions in Switzerland). The swiss payroll company (Zurich based) is the same that I am using for my current job contract. Was wondering if this kind of arrangement is allowed?
