what are you allergic to?

have you tried paying more attention to physical blocks? stopping the the pollen getting ingested is hard work but doable.

HEPA filters / masks / washing it off / water / bees wax can all make a big difference. once things are really bad you may need to leave the country for a few days (seriously) to get the immune system to back off and then come home and pay lots of attention to filtering the pollen. if you can keep it at a level that the immune system doesn't quite go crazy again it might be sufficient.
