I have cancelled my Swisscom account last week. It will be effective on...Aug 31st! I think this is a ridiculous manoeuver to dissuade customers to leave for a another provider which is selling plans at a discount. Three months, just for erasing a customer in their database, for f** sake...


Anyway... Can't wait to receive my Salt box. As both providerrs can't coexist, I'll wait until beginning of August to subscribe, so that I don't pay June and July for nothing. Anybody asked for a refund of the first bills? I was told by a Salt representative that you could ask for a refund for the first bills ( during the period where you pay for your former provider and for Salt).

Salt hosted a forum and stopped it not so long ago (it was full of complaints of unhappy customers), try their Facebook page "Salt Mobile".
