Hello everyone,

Can anyone somehow help me?
I signed in for the Salt fiber at home, and the service was activated the 28th of May and it worked flawlessly as soon as I connected the Salt box, so far so good, unless that I lost fiber connectivity the 30th of May, just two days later.

Since then that I call almost every day Salt's call center and no one is able to do anything other than lying....

I'm getting desperate and out of options here... do anyone have some hints?

One thing that Salt provides, though you must ask for it, is a 4G/wifi modem with internet access free of charge. So you can have internet access in the meantime. Even with that I didn't had much luck as the 4G reception at my place is almost non existent...

Another information is that my contract with the previous internet provider (Sunrise), that was also fiber one, did end the 27th of May, is it possible that Salt did activate the service before Sunrise "cut" me off?
