I always thought such differences were traditionally resolved in private rooms filled with cigar smoke, glasses of port and bonhomie.

Today's approach means nobody scores any political points or advancement
They can't advance politically or bridge the differences because the UK government are dominated by big business. They have sold off half the country to private companies and now have to tow the line.. many a lobbyist has woken up to the fact that hard Brexit will have an impact on their profits and so the pressure is being felt in Westminister. This broken mess runs deeper than we think..

Anyone know what Vince Cable is saying, or Corbyn? They both seem to be very quiet..
