No it doesn’t, it is just not going to give concessions to a country that wants to exist outside of EU agreements. Why on earth should the UK have the same trade agreements, but not agree to, shared law and immigration and customs? Or to pay our portion of cash for, research, education, arts, environment etc... There is so much more to being in the EU then market competitiveness. Those who want out just don’t understand it!
