I think Odiles point is that you are a foreigner in Malta, no matter the language that is spoken. So with Brexit itís all dependant on what sort of deal is struck between the UK and Malta, you are right it might be OK because itís a commonwealth nation, but what with the way the UK treats commonwealth migrants, I donít think there will be a huge rush to open doors to British citizens.
