Why on earth should the UK have the same trade agreements, but not agree to, shared law and immigration and customs? Or to pay our portion of cash for, research, education, arts, environment etc... There is so much more to being in the EU then market competitiveness. Those who want out just don’t understand it!
Indeed that's the crazy thing. When the EU representatives do their job and try to get the best for their constituency it's bullying whereas when May does the same it's well-justified self-interest.
