Talking nonsense as ever, time spent in Schengen area is what counts. Malta is a Schengen country so no passport check. You should know better.
I pay in cash in CH for every treatment whilst non resident & paid in full whilst resident so no change whatsoever. The idea of a boat is you don't stay anywhere very long. Panama is obviously on the shortlist.
