Dumb idea, I always thought Galileo is a huge waste of money; UK version even greater waste.
The US satellite-navigation system works perfectly well.

What is the idea? We throw away all our smart phones and navigation devices to get new ones compatible with these new satellite-navigation systems? Nuts!

Edit; UK has no systems capable of launching satellites so will we be going cap in hand to Russia?
