What do you say to that Odile?
I would say that the issue with the £350 million is that it was completely fictitious anyway. Given it didn't count the UK rebate (which was deducted before the payment was made) and also didn't take into account EU spending in the UK (which will pretty well all have to be replaced) the number was a fantasy.
