Nothing Illegal, no tax evasion & no dubious earnings. Different jurisdictions have different rules. In CH every town & canton has different rules & rates of taxation to put this in perspective.

Tax authorities have the clout especially with exchange of information, of course any billionaire just needs to invest 100% in Berkshire Hathaway which pays zero dividend & find a country without wealth tax & CGT. Perfectly legal & possible to legally have a zero tax liability. Alternatively do a deal in CH and pay 150,000 CHF. Isle of Mann would be Zero, Jersey Zero, Malta Zero, UK potentially Zero.
