So 4 years on has this law been a success or failure? Still see a lot of cars not using them. Have accidents been reduced because of them? Still seeing a lot of cars without rear lights in tunnels because they haven't switched their main headlights on when entering. Saw a car this morning with its rear fog light on, but nothing else at the rear. No idea if it had front lights or not.
