Or do you think: I am a EU citizen and Juncker is my president?
I think: Juncker is the president of the European Commission and he represents European Commission which has a member that also represents me and my country. European Commission is the executive in the this common political construction. There's also the European parliament.... I'm afraid I am long past the romantic ideas of being represented by a singular strong (usually male) figure. He's in function since 2014 if I am not wrong and he will not stay there for ever. I liked Barroso more but if I'm looking at the way I was "represented"....meh.
