The negotiations have ceased, as have the so called clarifications. The trade negotiations will not begin until the UK & Irish parliaments have ratified the agreement.
The Irish parliament will only consider the agreement if it is ratified by the UK parliament. In the mean time the Irish opposition party have agreed not to raise the matter in parliament nor to call a GE until mess is sorted.
