The EU will still demand from Switzerland to apply the agreed framework or be found in contempt and pay the consequences.
Not just populists but nationalists too.

I expect a significant number to be in the parliament, though they'll never have a majority. Certainly enough for the EU to think about the way it conducts its business, then again it's the EU so probably not.
