Non-EU with non-EU husband on an L permit? To hire you the employers have to go through exact same painful process as when they hired him

Easiest is to wait out a year or two until he gets a B, then you automatically get a right to work too

That's certainly more meaningful and practical than some cheap arts degree that'd just about qualify you to flip burgers. Why don't you just try and see if anyone wants you for your IT experience and willing to go through the process of hiring a non EU
