A smart way is to mention that you will get legal counsel from the Beobachter, K-tipp etc. or just simply do it with out mentioning it.
Important is that a fine will only lead to a criminal record entry if the fine is more than CHF 5000, a monetary penalty which is income depended on the other hand will always lead to a criminal record entry! | | | | | You beat me to it.
