I've just run into the issue where I refused to pay the Article 106 CO fees. They then proceeded to log an entry on CRIF (for CHF 120.00-), basically thrashing any chance for me to get a credit. God knows how long it'll take for me to get that erased.

Warning to all of you. check your credit scores! even if you're in the right, they find a way to make your life difficult to try to make you pay stuff you don't owe them!
