Yes, bank notes in Switzerland only get changed once every 20 years. So in theory, you might be good for 20 years. However, the world is changing so rapidly, it is quite likely that we will only be dealing with electronic money 20 years from now. It wouldn’t surprise me if we are already on electronic money in just five years.

I think the next currency reset will not only make old currencies obsolete, like DM, Lira or Pesetas are now, but the new dollar will be fully digital. Expect the same from every other country.
