Re: Runner's schtick

After reading the thread I was uncertain about your daily routine? Are you literally running every day? Some other words made me wonder if you might have an addiction of sorts. It may simply be too much for your body.

Two alternatives to running which i found to be just as efficient from a time and intensity standpoint are rowing and climbing. They also have opportunities for enhanced chicness. I’m not sure either would facilitate cramming though.
