I’m in the unfortunate situation of having to move out of Switzerland. To add further stress, I’ve recently lease a car with a substantial downpayment. I now need to terminate the lease or find a way out of it.
The contract seems to state that I can terminate within 3 months from signature (I’m actually only at the second month), does anyone have any experience of that?
I would be happy to take the car with me and keep paying the lease too, but that doesn’t seem to be possible.
