This might be a silly question but what do you mean by outgoing and ingoing side of automat? There is power in the other rooms (all switches in left)
Ingoing - Should be the bottom side, and are the wires that feed your automat.

Outgoing - Should be the topside, and are the wires that actually go towards your lamps/rooms.

If you can't answer these two questions I cannot help you any further, since it might be the automat, it might be somewhere earlier in the installation, or even a faulty connection in a box somewhere in your home that went down. You might have to call an electrician (or even your landlord to gain access to a mainfuse/mainswitch.)

So time to find your measurement tool, take of the hood of the cabinet and start measuring.
