You clealy blew one of the main breakers/fuses in the basement and have lost one phase, as I previously suggested.

Looking at you photo, you have only two phases (we have three). Two go to your stove, the first of which also goes to the rest of your apartment (bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bath), and the second which goes to your living room, as indicated on the labels.

You have blown the main to the second phase. It is in the basement, next to the meter.
