I was the employer for my last cleaner. I did it through quitt, although at the lowest level mostly to take advantage of the insurance. I did all the paperwork, and paid quitt the minimal fee to put me in the required insurance pool.

My cleaner was excellent, but shes moved on to better opportunities. I would not hesitate to hire someone else that way. Right now, im trying to manage it by myself - with two new knees, its easier, but I still suck at it.
