What an omnishambles. Blaming the EU is looking more and more feeble every day when the Prime Minister and the Minister for a no-deal Brexit can't even agree on an approach to this.
I am absolutely convinced the EU is willing to talk, but they first would like to hear what the UK’s ideas are.
