So the UK government decides how much democracy there is in the UK....
Every state in the EU is run by a government held accountable to a parliament, elected by the people in accordance with its constitution, except the UK! So the UK, like Turkey, no longer meets the basic requirements for EU membership!
We’ve gone from a high principle of returning control to a sovereign parliament to screw parliament I’m going to have my way.
The UK has a defender of the faith, we wait to see if she is a defender of the constitution as well...
There is nothing to celebrate in this, a sad day.
