Definitely fishy IMV. If that were the case, you would be able to vote up to 29.9 years after leaving the UK, in which case I demand my voting rights be backdated so I can express my view in the Referendum
Legally you can only vote up to 15 years after leaving the UK. If you were not asked by your council, then that was negligent of them. If you didn't declare it, that is illegal of you. And Brexiters dismiss notions of the Ref having been won through illegalities
