Of the 22 reported possible Tory rebels yesterday, 14 have confirmed they will vote against the government today. They are:

David Gauke, Rory Stewart, Justine Greening, Dominic Grieve, Oliver Letwin, Philip Hammond, Antoinette Sandbach, Alistair Burt, Richard Harrington, Guto Bebb, Caroline Noakes, Margot James, Sam Gyimah, Nicholas Soames.

Justine Greening has also stated that she will not stand as a Conservative candidate at the next election, and hasaccused the Conservative Party of "becoming the Brexit Party".
