Re: Natural vitamins for children

Friends of ours admitted they had totally screwed up their childrens' eating habits and it was almost impossible to go out to eat as they would only want one item each.

The parents sometimes cooked four meals in the evening - one for the parents (and guests) and one different one each for children.

How did this start?

If one didn't like something, they'd rustle up an alternative instead. This got out of hand and the children ended up only eating the bland nursery types of food which meant they never got to try new things which meant their taste-buds, attitude and outlook on food never developed as they got older.

I'm sure it will sort it self out in the end but presently it's a real pain for the parents in energy and time.

We have exactly the same problem. Maybe we should let them sleep hungry a few nights and they can start eating the same meal with us. But so far we spoiled them too much and they don't even try new things.
