Is this a special package of some kind that you have?
I am with them as well (mine is of BOX OPTIMA type), and have the "3rd party vehicle coverage" included, but have been rejected back in March for a refund for a rental car damage, because they state the rental cars are exempted!
Can you please link me to the document itself, or check which package do you have with them?
