Yes, you do need permission but it is usually "adminsitative" ie, you give the commune the file, pay and everybody is happy. If you have neighbors with direct line of sight, get them to sign off on your plans.



Cost, about Chf 2'500-3'000.-- per window, fitted if i rmember rightly.


Not worth going for tripple glaze apparantly double is more than sufficient for smallish openings.


Time, about 1 day to fit
