Yeah I suspected the update (basically my TV box stopped working) and followed all the described steps to reset my TV box, but no luck.
Unless you have the latest UPC TV Box, I don‘t think the old ones work. This all started a couple of weeks ago when the changed all the channels about.

We were sent a new box and told to dump the old one at any electrical store...
