Of course they'll pay and meet all their other obligations as well, it is only a question of when and if Boris will call it something else.

- No trade deal with the EU
- No trade deal with the US (blocked by Congress)
- No trade deal with Canada (blocked by EU trade agreement)
- No trade deal with Japan (blocked by EU trade agreement)
- No trade deal with the Mercosur (blocked by EU trade agreement)
- No approval of WTO trade schedules (requires all 168 members to approve)
- No access to EU for financial services

That is the consequences of a No Deal.
