Anything that is traded in Dollars and that the UK can't produce itself is going to shoot up in price.
Apple is one of the very few companies than can increase prices as their products are special & not considered commodity items. Inflation rate is currently 1.7%, below target

Oil & Gold are main commodities traded in USD, however the price of petrol is made up mainly of tax so price of oil much less important. You will notice most things are cheaper in the USA, plenty of margin left.
