Just wanna point out that, yes I feel like I'm in a debilitating position at the moment but not feeling miserable and I don't feel any depression. I'm basically scared as hell as panic attacks come and go (increasingly) and for me it's being difficult to work and to normally live as I did till few months ago, as the panic lasts for about 10 to 30 minutes but the nervous arousal after that stays for few hours. It's not easy but I'm willing to get help.
You don't have to be depressed in order to be suffering from the effects of mental health issues. Very often panic attacks come due to unresolved issues and seeing a psychiatrist can help substantially. Your body is signalling that something is wrong and you need to take good care of yourself. Happy to PM with recommendations, all the best.
