Yep, I am on prescription from my doctor. Every three weeks, I take the entire 100 I.E. bottle at once. It is alcohol based, so I make sure to consume it at work on Friday mornings. It gives me a nice little permitted buzz and I call it my Happy D3 Friday!

We also have a SAD lamp at home, it doesn't do much for me...but it helps my husband.
