Yep, I am on prescription from my doctor. Every three weeks, I take the entire 100 I.E. bottle at once. It is alcohol based, so I make sure to consume it at work on Friday mornings. It gives me a nice little permitted buzz and I call it my Happy D3 Friday!

We also have a SAD lamp at home, it doesn't do much for me...but it helps my husband.
That's a low dosage. In three weeks I take 33600IE. I decided on taking it once a week - my doctor also told me some people just gulp down a whole bottle at once which is okay.

What helps me is the alarm clock from Philips. The light starts coming up slowly half an hour before wake up time and you then get bird song instead of the beep beep beep. Better start of the day.

+1 on the day light lamp
I got that one as well. Once after cleaning it went off untimely - I was kind of worried about what was going on amongst the birds outside, until I realized it wasn't them.
