Can UK company transfer the mony directly to my account so that I can, with a help of some book keeper, pay my taxes myself?
It is possible to be directly employed by a foreign company if the foreign company agrees to it. This is called ANOBAG. The employee in Switzerland is then responsible for paying social charges, taxes and pension contributions. An accounting firm could assist with the paperwork or it can be done by the employee. Search EF on ANOBAG for more information.

As suggested above, it might be best to switch to another payroll service.

Also, if the Swiss payroll service, as your legal employer, goes bankrupt, it can be possible to file a claim with RAV for missing wages up to several months.
