Re: Common German Words while Purchasing Property

This is the problem in Switzerland when buying property in that there is no agent for the buyer to help with the purchase.

If you need a consultant to help find a rental property, this service is readily available.

I know of a few people who can offer guidance (including translation) for a purchase ut they are not based in Zurich.

I am not sure if joining the HEV would be of any help here but it might be worth asking what services they offer a potential buyer.
