Careful with saying to anyone (ricardo, die post or the seller) that the package might have arrived. That will only make harder to put the seller in charge of the problem, because as Jim said, it's his problem.

As long as the postman did not register in their system the package as delivered, it was not delivered. So far, the seller has failed to deliver and it's the least bad outcome for a missing parcel.

It's better to pretend that the perfumed front door never happened and you know nothing beyond your payment. If the seller refuses to take responsibility, you may request a compensation from ricardo.ch https://help.ricardo.ch/hc/fr/articl...r-ne-livre-pas
