I'm Iulian, 28 years old, already working in Switzerland for 3 years,in canton Graubunden and still with L permit due to my seasonal contract.


In november - december this year I'll move and would like to receive some advices or information.


1. I want to move in Laussane and I would like some information about renting:

- to rent something in city or outside?
- it is hard to rent?
- the price difference is big between city and outside?


2. Job market:
*currently I'm doing reception in a hotel, but in the past I worked as a waiter in the same hotel, so I have good references.
* I speak and write german and english and I speak very good italian and I would say I speak quite very good french, but still need some time to reaccommodate with, because I didn't use it so much in the last 3 years. And I do not write so well in french.
- would be hard for me to find a job in this sector of tourism?
- someone has an idea if I can open a small firm, for transport, with my L permit, to put it on DHL or on die Post?
- and some information about restoration market: moving things with a van, painting, parquet..?
