1.4% vs 1.3%. Most would see that as a rounding difference. Anyhow, that projection is based on "diminished fears of a no-deal Brexit,". If there's no deal at 31.12.2020 then their bets for 2021 are off.

Would like to see a source for your London vacancies. ONS only publish all-UK figures and these are down 7% since start 2019.

BTW Daily Mail and Express are not considered reliable sources in the unlikely event you want to share one
