More noise....the ultra-scary SARS killed about 700 people and roughly 9% of the infected died. This coronovirus outbreak seems to be even more mild. Just to put things in perspective, tomorrow more people will die from tripping on the street than from any coronovirus.
Agree. Classic FAKE NEWS.

Its like a big hurricane that then downgrades to a tropical depression before hitting shore. The press will flog it until the next crisis arises. Panic and fear means more clicks and more revenue.

In perspective, the seasonal flu will most likely kill more people this year.

"When we think about the relative danger of this new coronavirus and influenza, there’s just no comparison,” said Dr. William Schaffner, a professor of preventive medicine and health policy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. “Coronavirus will be a blip on the horizon in comparison. The risk is trivial.”"

"Yet while all this has been going on, the virus has been proving itself pretty poor at killing its host. Up until Thursday pm 571 cases had been confirmed and a further ten in other countries. Of these, 95 were reported to be seriously ill and 17 people have died – most of them, it is reported, had pre-existing medical conditions. That is pretty mild compared with the worst flu seasons in Britain. By this stage of the winter two years ago flu was already reported to have killed 155 people."
